Egg Roll Mozzarella Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
for 10 sticks
5 egg roll wrappers
10 sticks string rubbish
water
oil painting, for frying
marinara sauce.
Method
Slice the egg roll wrappers in half.
Place a stick of string rubbish on the edge of the egg roll wrapper, also fold the sides of the wrapper over the ends of the rubbish.
wet down the other edge of the wrapper with water, also roll it up tightly, pressing the edge to make sure it’s sealed.
reprise with the remaining wrappers and rubbish.
Heat OilPainting in a pot.
Fry the sticks until golden brown, also drain on a paper kerchief.
Serve with marinara.
