Chicken Fried Rice Recipe



Breaded and fried Rice is a flavorful luxurious dinner from Chinese food. It is cooked with rice, a few solid green vegetables, chicken lumps, with kinds of delightful Chinese sauces. The chicken pieces are cooked with soya sauce, sweet bean stew sauce, and shellfish sauce. Bubbled Rice and eggs are added to the cooked chicken and blended well to improve the flavor of Pan fried Rice. Cooking dish is solid and simple. Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sweet bean stew sauce
• 2 tablespoons clam sauce
• 2 tablespoons nut oil
• 600g chicken bosom filets, managed, meagerly cut
• 1 earthy colored onion, cut into slight wedges
• 2 garlic cloves, squashed
• 2 eggs, gently beaten
• 3 cups cold cooked rice (see note)
• 1 cup Thai basil leaves
• 4 green onions, cut slantingly
• 1/4 cup broiled shallots.


Method

1. Join soy sauce, sweet stew sauce and shellfish sauce in a little bowl. Put away. Heat a wok over high intensity until hot. Add 3 teaspoons oil and whirl to cover. Add around 50% of the chicken and sautéed food for 2 minutes or until cooked. Move to a plate. Rehash with oil and staying chicken.


2. Add staying 2 teaspoons oil and onion to wok. Pan sear for 2 to 3 minutes or until brilliant. Add garlic and sautéed food for 30 seconds. Add egg and rice. Pan sear for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is very much joined with rice.
3. Return chicken to wok. Add soy sauce blend, basil and green onions. Pan sear for 1 to 2 minutes or until all around consolidated. Spoon into bowls. Sprinkle with seared shallots and serve.
